Guitarist, song-writer Bill Edwards lives and teaches in Davis. Over the years he’s worked with many fine bands from the area including Way Out West, Mumbo Gumbo, and currently, Webster Walton Edwards. He has played halls from The Great American to Fillmore to the Freight, and festivals from Strawberry to Live Oak. His film music has been featured on PBS affiliates throughout the west and beyond.
Joining Bill for the evening will be Florie Brown on fiddle and mandolin. Florie spent many years with the Celtic trio band, Golden Bough, recording several albums and touring Europe and Western US. Playing in clubs, concert halls, and festivals. Currently she can be heard with the tasty folk combo, Biscuits and Honey. Florie is a busy and popular violin teacher in Davis.
The music is American Acoustic; green grass, blue roots, grown in the west.
