Davis Downtown Offers Free Website Tutorial

Davis Downtown invites member businesses to the May 28, 2014 Brown Bag meeting at the Varsity Theater for a step-by-step tutorial on how to navigate, claim, and create their own professional DavisDowntown.com business webpage.

Bring your laptops for hands-on instruction and to make sure set-ups are complete.

The redesigned website, which debuted in September 2013, hosts a variety of new features providing visitors and businesses access to a wealth of information about downtown Davis. The website includes features such as:

  • Responsive design
  • Enhanced maps and business listings
  • Improved social media integration
  • Enhanced event calendar

We will also review the new Davis Downtown Mobile Application. The new application gives mobile users quick access to:

  • Downtown business listing
  • Parking Information
  • 2nd Friday Art About information
  • Event Calendar
  • Transportation resources
  • Farmers Market information

This special Davis Downtown Brown Bag meeting will be held at the Varsity Theater, 616 2nd Street in downtown Davis, on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 from 12:00pm to 1:00pm.
