Come join Cork It Again and Kouzounas Kitchen on March 12th from 3pm-5pm in celebrating Greek culture! Chef Krystina Kalapothakos will be demonstrating how to prepare 3 traditional Greek appetizers from her book “Back to My Roots.” Appetizers include Greek Summer Salad, Kalamata Olive Tapenade and Spanakopita. After the class we will be pairing wine for you to try with these delicious items. Krystina’s cook book and traditional spices will be available for sale after the class.
