Munchie Man: Grand Opening

There’s a new spot in Downtown Davis! Join us on November 3 to celebrate the grand opening of Munchie Man!

The festivities kick off with a special ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted by the Davis Chamber of Commerce at 10:30 AM, followed by doors opening to the public at 11:00 AM.

Munchie Man started as a 2023 pop-up in East Sacramento and now in 2026 we are a “funky bistro” specializing in local craft beer & wine with small plates.

Everything you’ll find here tells a story. The menu is inspired by my travels, the restaurants that left an impression on me, and the people and experiences that shaped who I am. In many ways, it’s an autobiography told through food. Some dishes are inspired by places I’ve visited, others by people I love, and a few simply exist because they make me smile. And I hope they make you smile too.
