The menu is inspired by my travels\, the restaurants that left an impression on me\, and the people and experiences that shaped who I am. In many ways\, it’s an autobiography told through food. Some dishes are inspired by places I’ve visited\, others by people I love\, and a few simply exist because they make me smile. And I hope they make you smile too.
