“I didn’t choose Davis. Davis chose me,” shared Frank Acosta when asked about starting 3rd Street Jeweler in downtown Davis. And after spending some time visiting with Frank, you can see why Davis weighed-in on that choice.
Frank is no stranger to the Davis community. In his 38-year career as a jeweler, 24 of those years have been in downtown Davis.
