For projects that provide new ground floor retail square footage in the Downtown, parking standards have been reduced. Projects in the core may not include onsite parking unless it is below grade or incorporated into the building in another way. In lieu fees for office and residential uses in the core area have been reduced as well (1 space per 500 square feet of office).
